A couple of thoughts
(1) Have you run the repair tool?

(2) If that doesn't work, have you submitted a ticket with a description and the screenshot attached?

I have run the repair tool a couple times. It doesn't happen all the time, but fairly regularly.
I haven't yet submitted a ticket. I also was curious if anyone else has seen similar corruption.
