My Top "walking" Speed now is 24/7 or 24.7kph.
For the 80 missiles (4xlrm20) i can fire out of my 1080 pool and 4 med laser, that seems realy slow.
How can i speed up my Mec without wasting firepower or too much armour?

Otherwise Weapons, Armor, and Engine are the Balancing Act Triad. You can have a reasonable amount of all three or lots of one at the expense of the others.

Sounds like you are packing too much heat, but what do I know.

You can run an XL engine, as a missile boat you need to have an escort anyway, and stay far from the fight. Try an XL 250 engine. Also, trade LRM-20s. Two LRM-15s + 2 LRM-5s are more than adequate. Maybe 2 LRM-20s and better backup weapons. A missile boat should have around 1500 missiles minimum and be able to go through the entire match while still having at least 30 missiles left over.
Me in stalkers using various missile boat builds here. May also provide some gameplay tips. These are in highly organized 8-versus-8 matches against full premades.
However this is a much better build. Even better, it's a troll build too.
And if you should find an enemy LRM stalker... here's how to deal with them as a brawler mech.
At 1 minute in, we discover the LRM stalker. From there, enjoy. Note this stalker had an Atlas escorting it; every LRM boat should have at least one escort.

the stalker is probably the wost mech in the game to put an xl on
maybe if your gonna boat lrms on a stalker you should try this

(to be completely honest i dont recommend stalkers for lrm boating, and where the heck is all your tonnage going???????????)

welp just put on double heat sinks and endo-steel you will get 11 more tons AND also get a bit more cool efficiency, that 11 more tons for more ammo bigger engine etc.

There's a few. Awesomes and Catapults A1 and C4 are among the best in terms of shear missile storms. Stalkers make great missile boats, but you're packing too much in terms of launchers. The largest launchers are for mechs that can only carry 2 hardpoints. You'd get better heat efficiency, less waste, and carry more missiles if you bring out many medium-sized launchers.
During the test server's time I tried out the Victor. The 9S may only get 17 missile tubes for 3 LRM-15 launchers, but those missiles are DEADLY accurate to the CT without Artemis. Especially the 15 that comes out of the 2 tube launcher. I'm converting the video to upload now. So when the next patch comes you might look into that for an LRM boat.
Pack in 4 LRM-10s, or 4 LRM-15s and just check out what a difference that makes.

WELLLL the 3H is pretty much a long bow, i am not necassarily saying stalkers are BAD, i just think there are possibly better mechs, for example the awesome 8t 8v and 8r offer lots of missile tubes AND have the launchers in the ct (not to mention no annoying missile bay doors causing a delay unless opened) allowing all of the missiles to be fired over and around obstacles like so
http://imageshack.us...es/546/1ig.jpg/
i also think awesome can better use their energy based back up weapons because of their awesome torso twist, and the weapons are on the arms, they also have much better cockpit view to help you see far off locks
i dont entirely think awesomes are the best for "raining" massive amounts of missiles (this stalker is probably the best you can get http://mwo.smurfy-ne...8d63aa49fa59eae) but i think they are best when it comes to actually hitting the target, keeping up with group, and just plain overall being efficient with their ammo
im certainly not saying they can fire lots of missiles though, 8r with tag and 4 lrm15s wth Artemis is quite an lrm boat, i plan on getting that sort of set-up in the future
also on a side note there are the catapults (heavies not assualts) and trebuchets (mediums) which are mainly lrm based mechs (except for some variants), LOLZ i got my friend to build a catapult a1 with 6 lrm15s, just fires one massive clump of 90 missiles, but thats a bit of a joke build...
put an lrm20 in each arm of your 3H and an lrm5 in each torso and you have a long bow

This is the same mech, with LRM-20s changed to LRM-15s, armor maxed out... and look at the weight savings!

Here's our group's most effective LRM boat design for stalkers, so good it works on every stalker, and it works while playing solo and without any teamwork. This boat is superbly deadly at close range, too. Chainfire the pulse lasers with backspace. This mech was designed by Lordred and is certainly one of the best missile boats I've ever used.

Here's a modified version of the above design for maximum missiles per trigger squeeze. But it comes at the cost of some ammo.

(Perhaps one of the most fun LRM boats, but extremely skill-building and challenging to use given that it has less armor than a stock locust!)

why didn't lodred put in Artemis? are those intended to be used with narc?? and since when did lorded use missile boats
similiar to my awesome 8t actually, it had 2 lrm15s 4 medium pulses a tag and also a fast engine
