I'm a consistent player on MWO, but I also play Warframe on occasion. Comparing the two game systems is really apples to oranges but both are fruits, meaning they are based on a free-to-play model with a futuristic sci-fi theme. MWO has larger than life robots within a rigidly defined game system adhering religiously to well established canon and lore. Warframe has sword and gun wielding parkour running ninjas in a free form world where content, game design, and story are adjusted at the speed of imagination. MWO is a simulation strategy genre and Warframe is a FPS.
My topic is not to compare the actual games, but the development of the games, the energy of the developers, and the support and feedback from the gaming community.
Here are the stats for June 2013:

Warframe is number 5 on PC charts. MWO is... where? Is it in the top 20? Both are in beta. It seems to me that Warframe has a higher level of development energy at the moment that may be leading to better response from the gaming community.

How Does Mwo Development Compare To Warframe Development?
