Premium Time Not Granted.

My apologies if i posted this in the wrong forum... First time here and couldnt find a better place to post this.

I ordered the Phoenix package this morning. Now i was told i would get 30 days premium time right away... Now its late in the evening and i still dont have it,.. and its not in premium storage either...

Could you please help me with this issue?
