Since it was bumped back 30 minutes, will it be lengthened by 30 minutes as well?

So I downloaded the Test server client it patched fine but when I click on the launch button the launch button changes to "Please Wait" and appears to hang up there. I've attempted shutting of my firewall but still hangs.

Is it pushed back again to 1:30? I'm getting a version mismatch error when attempting to login.

Todays test canceled. "they have the required data"
