has anyone not seen the original concept of frozen city where the snow is so high that we are basically fighting on the roofs of sky scrapers?

frozen city can't really get unfrozen because of the planet's make-up, but I get what you are saying.
Personally, I want the Alpine and Canyon recommendations more.
