While I'm a not a fan of slow Cents, or actually using the gun arm on a Cent (it gets blown off earlier than I'd like), since he's moving that slow, a CT shot "appears" appreciably easier to do (slow engine, makes slower turning+torso twisting).
Legs are not exactly the first thing that comes to mind on a slow Cent (this is a mental thing) which will work with PUG matches generally speaking.

I always go for the legs on a Cent. The damage transfer on the arms/torsos is too frustrating.
On the flip side, I was in my Cent in a game yesterday in Forrest Colony and the game came down with me (4 Mds 2 ASRM6s), a Victor, Atlas, and a Jager in the water base trying to kill a single Spider. The Spider had no armor on the CT and my lasers were on target alpha after alpha (I was out of SRM ammo, btw). Between me hitting him and the other 3 mechs, the lil ******* still had enough bullsh!t hit box coding to take out both of my legs before one of the others finally was able to put him down.
