I used to run the double barrel shotgun back when LBXs were decent weapons, but right now pinpoint is king.
And i've been headshot too many times to put ammo in the cockpit of a catapault as anything but a last resort...

Well, I'm running these two builds:
This C1, is a mixed build support mech, I'm quite satisfied how it performs, quick enough to get into firing position and to move away if necessary.
On the other hand I also play this "Boomcat" build, the plan is simple, outmaneuver your enemy to hit them from behind with both AC/20 and run out from the line of fire, using cover to approach as AC's short range limitates its efficiency.

I run a similar build to a/c 10 build, but have a fondness for Ultra A/C 5's. http://mwo.smurfy-ne...b6fc73a53d2f964.
If I am feeling frisky I will trade out heat sinks and run Medium Pulse in lieu of the Medium Lasers.
Looks like this. http://mwo.smurfy-ne...bba06e621098b16
She runs hot, but has treated me well in team brawls.
