this happened to me the other day. We were at the beggining of the match in caustic when im shooted at my back,twice. so i turn around and see a cent playing peek-a-boo with me behind a rock and ofc i go for the kill,the battle start and i destroy him both arms when he start screaming in the chat "HELP! HEEEEEEELP! " "PLEASE HELP MEEEEE" while running armless like a headless chicken ,it really looked like the poor cent was being bullied by me XD. so, the team came to his rescue and i ended up dead. so, well played mate, well played.

i would have just legged him and moved on. let him putter around at 40kph and spend the whole match bored.
