Ok lets admit most people here are pretty hardcore when it comes to mechwarrior.

HOWEVER... for the intrest of fun, post your builds your going to try that may not have the teams best intrest at heart.

Mine is a Swayback modification. Swap the six torso medium lasers for flamers, switch the arms to pulse mediums, strip the small and try to get some more heatsinks into it.

i want to get close and see if i can turn sombody off with this variant.

I will admit, I will do the "how many MG's can I fit on here?" build for fun, I've done it with all the other MW games, MW 3 was my favorite for that build, machine guns in group fire were quite devastating in that game.

Oh you should try this with Plasma rifles! I know it's not in our timeline for the MMO but an Awesome with three plasma rifles is a beast! Solid damage and extra heat to match. Beauty of a Mech.

Anyway, Battlemaster, No MGs No SRM, extra sinks and topped off armor. Its a nice Zombie. Not the best... but nice and K.I.S.S.!

If we are talking possible builds, i want an Atlas with all small weapons, maximum engine performance to be the fastest possible assault 'mech while still having armor. To destroy medium and light 'mechs.



Now, if we are talking custom designs, i would simply rip all the weapons from a Charger, put as much armor as possible on it, upgrade the engine as much as possible and equip it from head to toe with pointy spikes made from the hardest known metal possible.

Then i'd take it for a spin and would ram as many people as possible.

We used to have a mech in MW4 called the "Skittles Mech"

You load up every different type of laser in the game into various hardpoints. In MW4, different types of lasers would sometimes blend their colors to create new ones if fired from the same hardpoint, so the trick was to load out not just a bunch of lasers, but different combinations in all of the huge energy hardpoints.

Then when you fired it, it shot a huge rainbow beam, and your enemies would taste the rainbow.

I would like to run something purely for spotting and ECM , fast strong no weapon , but maxed out with electronics Tag and/or narc.

I made one of those in mechwarrior 2 mercs, it has endo-steel internals, absolutely no armor, and only a small laser.
But it had a top speed of 190kph

I don't have my books nor HM pro anymore, but I wonder if you could make a hundred tonnes carry three gauss rifles a la the Awesome, and call it the "Wicked Pissah" or some such.
