Constant Freezes

Used to have theese funny freezes solved by alt-tabbing. It's okay and it doesn't spoil game much, but a couple weeks ago i've brought my own stream channel up. Now it freezes, but as a dead end, and it happens a lot more, sometimes almost every fight(rate increases every day so far).

Also, at some rate this crash brings down my Flash Player plugin as well. So i really wonder, what the hell did you devs do to the client? How the hell does launching specific software bring up marvelous bugs and crashes?

For any more details, my specs are:
- Intel i5 3570k processor
- 8 Gb RAM(Goodram)
- Nvidia GeForce 550 Ti

For streaming i use Open Broadcaser Software.

Really, Piranha, why won't you hire some more staff? Your project is so far from stability it really ****** people off.

PS: is there some kind of workaround?

I can confirm this, when a browser is open while playing the game and the freeze occurs, the browser reports that flash has crashed and some tabs/pages need to be re-opend...

I have a similar problem, when MWO freezes, I ctrl-alt-delete , bring up task manager, and it re syncs.
Hasn't been a problem since it usually appears early game, but today, it got me killed.

That or alt-tab works. Happens offen enough to be annoying, but not offten enough that I'm ready to give up.

No, guys, thing's kinda different with me. This fun with alt+tab doesn't work for me anymore. Maybe it has something to do with methods of video capture, i dunno. This client is made weird in too many ways.

What appears to clear it is resetting the video card (this happens when you ctrl-alt-del to pull up the program manager, or when you change the screen resolution)

Ye since patch the game gets frozen. If i wait a little maybe it will unfreeze but that accurs only in maybee 10%. alt-tab doesent work for me. Befor patch i never had freeze problems in windows7 only in windows8 thats why i downgraded regardles i now have drop of framerate and frame spikes. Now i think its better to have smooth gameplay and freeze than this crap.

Sometimes i think this game was made by complete amateures. I mean how hard can it be to make a stable client if the engine is already stable and shipped with full documentation? So i think your guys at programming section made mess of things with it couse they lack of programming knowledge...

Or they're trying to accomplish something beyond what the engine is normally capable of doing, and need to make improvements in the engine itself, and like all beta modifications, it's not entirely stable.

This is not the only game that required heavy modifications of cryengine for single player or MMO game. This is most unstable game i ever played in my life and i played alot of them in close beta and beta. I still say they are noobs for the job. This is their only half released game or in developement so one should devote 100% of their job time to improving the product instead they are worrying how to cahsmilk people with "special" variants not event doing bug hunting.

On one thing i agree they are TRYING but lack of skills prevents them to acomplish...

I get that one so often it's not even funny.
And I usually solve it the same way (although sometimes the game doesn't start working again)

I have the same problem. In all battles my game just freezes and alt-tab wont work. Have to manually turn the system off. I sent a mail to support to report my system description

On my system alt+tab doesn't work with MWO so this is really frustrating. Can be 2 hours without problems, but then 2 games crash (after soft rebooting, so no trash in the system)

Check your Omnicron.log and you will probably see that it's due to corrupted textures and video settings. For example, here's part of my log. All day yesterday, the game client was freezing and I had to close it manually. Alt+Tab and Ctrl+Alt+Delete did not work. Send in a ticket to support@mwomercs.com with your Omnicron.log, so they can fix the problems.
