[Precarious]

This game is presented in English.

The English language features a left-to-right reading order.

Web pages are viewed top-to-bottom.

When you scroll the mouse wheel up, you return to the top; down, you move to the bottom.

Thus, scrolling the mouse wheel "up" would presumably return you to the beginning of a left-to-right arrangement -- such as the mech bay.

However, the opposite is true: you scroll up to move the mech bay to the right, and down to move it to the left.

This is irrational and not defensible in any sense of the word. Please fix it.
