I, and several people I regularly play with, have noticed enemies being able to shoot through some buildings (around the lower cap in river city night) and the D3 crater edge on caustic. Inbound weapons have been ppcs and projectiles.
One guy on the opposing team last night was reported to have apologized for shooting through the ground as he didn't intend to. On the river city game that I was in the inbound fire was pretty consistent at about the reload speed.

Any ones else seeing this occur since the last patch?

Yes. I have gotten shot through the ridge on frozen city a couple of times now.

Sure your opponents aren't running one of the available cheats that allow them to shoot through terrain? Are all of the hits through said terrain registering as CT hits?
