Does Project Phoenix Preorder End On The 25Th Or Just The Bonus Premium Time?

Does project phoenix preorder end on the 25th or just the bonus premium time? I'm just curious if its the entire preorder option with the tiers that ends, or if its just the 30 day premium time bonus?

I believe it's just the early-bird premium time, IIRC.

just the 30days extra prem time, this isnt 'the sale' its 'the presale'
