I'm interested in getting into this game, but need to know when the cut off day for getting the founders program is. I don't want to go adding money to paypal, and then poof the founders program ends.

It hasn't been said, but it's reasonable to believe that it'll be available until the open beta or until the game's release date. So you have a good amount of time to decide and get your payment issues worked out.

Alright that's what I wanted to hear. I'm going to guess they would announce the end of the sign up phase for it if it was really close to being over.
