From discussions with my fellow Clan members, and based on a suggestion made by a certain Grimm fellow I'd Like to suggest the following. I'm proposing this as a mark of respect, and hope that it will come as such.

On August 23 a number of pilots ( currently numbering 4,700 or so ) will receive a very special mech. on that day, we will run that mech, and only that mech.

many of you may know the story that, during the First world war, on Christmas day, soldiers from both sides stopped fighting, crossed no-mans land, to enjoy that one day, and play some football

If there is such a time, that we as mechwarriors can show our solidarity, it is this day.

I propose that at the beginning of every match the pilots of the JR7-D(S) from both sides will cease combat and gather for a group picture before returning to their own sides. these pictures will be collected together ( along with screenshots of the pilots in that match). We will gather these pictures in a gallery. We will stand as one in an act of honour and respect.

it's been pointed out to me that this may be difficult to achieve :

So in addition on the 23rd There will be a chatroom on the ngng teamspeak ( either in the A.C.E.S. area or an offshoot to the main NGNG rooms - if they agree ) where we'll be able to form into 8-man drops to facilitate this.

Personally I hope and have faith that it'll be possible even pugging, but its a good idea nonetheless.
