Double armor, double speed, double CBills, double cost, double damage/refire rates.

It'll work I guarantee it.

lol double speed and never hit a light mech again.
How about:
Leave armour, leave speed, leave CBills, leave cost, double recharge times (except MG's of course).

But double armor would be nice, its to easiy to kill someone now…

Double armour is the same as halving firepower. I much prefer halving firepower in that case, either by damage value reductions, or by actually going back and fixing the broken heat system so we can't fire so many weapons all the time.

You might be able to hit a fast moving target, but hit detection will think you missed. It can't handle speed.

While I'm not totally capable of imagining every single thing that could be doubled and seeing it play out, I would be interested in seeing how this would go lol test server anyone?

  • Double UAC/5 jam rate and duration
  • Double shutdown/powerup time
  • Double Seismic range
  • Double missile lock decay
Double Everything.

Doubling internal structure on the other hand, would lengthen TTKs and make component/weapon losses a more significant part of the game (and give CASE more of a reason to live).
