I keep reading on the forums "You can't use hexa PPCs or quad PPCs anymore" or "you can't use more than 2 LL wtf"

While in reality it only means that you can't ALPHA THEM. You can still use 6 PPCs or 5 LLs, you just can't alpha them all the time. There's a big difference there. You don't need to work at NASA to figure out how to chainfire your 5 LLs or 4 PPCs,

Get your facts straight people.

I'd like to see them disable group fire for about a week, and see the results.

More accurately, it gives the target time to move or rotate their torso to spread damage. It is far less worth doing that piling multiple shots into the CT at the same time.
