I am going to be kind of short with this:

The Heat Scaling System penalizes Users who fire too many identical weapons at a time, HOWEVER there is no in-game utility that allows users to chainfire banks of weapons. The current in-game Chainfire feature only functions to fire individual weapons with a 0.5 second interval, but there is no way for a User to use in-game mechanics to fire 3xSRM6 followed by 2xSRM6 with an exact 0.5 second spacing.

This means that Users are being actively encouraged to download and install software macros in order to fire banks of weapons in 0.5 second intervals.

I feel that MW:O requires a Banked weapon Chainfire system before Game Launch, or a temporary suspension of the Heat Scaling system should be enacted until a Weapon Bank Chainfire system is implemented. The Heat Scaling System is intended specifically for Users to fire SEVERAL weapons with 0.5 second intervals, and this game needs to provide a utility for that action to be performed. The current chainfire utility is insufficient to be considered "functional."

So you're looking for a way to link multiple groups of weapons into a single button press so that they fire in a sequence similar to chain fire. Rather than having to make multiple groups of the same weapon, with each group linked to a different button press. This would be really useful with the current heat multiplier. It might get a bit complex to set up this sort of grouping in the field so it would require a way of doing it in the mechlab. Fortunately the option to set weapon groups before launch is coming with UI 2.0.
