I know that some people, including myself, enjoy listening to certain songs or music types while playing videogames, to either enhance the gameplay for them or to just pump them up. What do you guys listen to while you play MechWarrior? I would love to know

Speakers will have a mix of bands like Dethklok, Static-X, Lordi, and Motorhead, but only turned up to a 'background' music level.

My headset will be cranked loud enough to make certain I hear game sound fx and chatter from lancemates.

Never played any of the Duke Nuk'em games. Static-X is known for songs like "Kill your idols", "Push it", "Bled for days", "Otsegolectric"...
Very industrial. If you like Prong or Shotgun Messiah, they're worth a listen.

Some industrial ambient music works well for me. Plus with a 8.1 setup with all comms pushed to center speaker, (which is right in front of me), it just sounds beautiful when you fire 'em all at once.... :D

Personally I can would rather have team chatter in my ears then music. But I do have a radio playing some Celtic instrumental stuff. that's no joke keeps me calm in the cockpit.

I like listening to Classical (Mozart, Bethoven, Pachabel), as well as Metallica's "Damage Incorporated" song, and "This is War" from 30 Seconds to M A R S with maybe a mix from other artists as well.

I'm hearing impaired to both ears, which I wear hearing aids.
So I don't listen to music at all, I need to listen to the game to have full awareness.

But when I do...
