This map in 8v8 mode is very unpopular. Some people quit the moment they hit the map. Ignoring the map bugs (which I am sure will be fixed), one of the biggest problems is its size compared to the number of players. It is a 12v12 map with only 8v8 on it. I think you could improve the map for 8v8 by moving the main bases and starting points 1/2 to 1/3 closer to the center of the map. This will make enemy encounters more likely and we will have less rush to cap games (many where you don't even run into an enemy mech) because the team would be able to return to defend their base. This suggestion is for when the map is in 8v8 mode only. 12v12 should determine whether the map is any good for that. Also, the slope up to the middle of the map is a little too steep. Some mechs (i.e. Hunchback, etc.) cannot aim that high or down that low. Making full slope range engagements impossible. They are just slow moving sitting ducks until they get closer to the enemies level. While fun to blow the hell out of them, it seems sportsmen like. Maybe this is intentional but it is annoying. *Bah* Sorry this post showed up twice. The first reported an error so I tried to post it again.
