About 70% of the matches I am in has one or more disconnections. I disconnect about once every twenty matches. The disconnection rate is much worse than it was 5 months ago.

Didn't have any error message, though when I launched the game it said that the root folder was not there. there have been a few problems like this at launch, but the game has worked fine thus far

• Where in the game or menus did the crash occur?

Running on terra therma with the sarah's mech jenner

• What steps had been taken prior to the crash occurring?

Started running toward a capture point (epsilon I think) and after hitting the jump jets and landing the game crashed to the launch screen

• Does the crash re-occur for you if repeating those same steps?

Haven't been presented with the same issue a second time as of yet.

• What are your video settings, did you change them since last patch?

Video settings were low, haven't messed with them since last patch.

• What are your System specs? (You can include them in a [spoiler] [ /spoiler]

Intel I5 processor (gen 2 or 3), dual core 2.6 or so ghz, 8gb of ram, 750g HD, no dedicated graphics card.

Waited it out yesterday. Freeze is freeze. Taskmanager kills it, but nothing else.

Okay 2 patches ago i played on 1920x1080 with high settings without crashing and 25-50 FPS okay to me, before this patch I lowered my resolution because I was taking constant freeze, I lowered to 1600x1050 with vsync okay freeze sometime, after this patch first i started to get freezes on 1600x1050 so I lowered to 1600x900 and turn off vsync, and again constant freezes, so I lowered 1280x1050 and no freezes, idk what will be in next patch but I think I will end playing on lowest setting with broken HSR and constant freezes after September 17th, yeeey
Dont know what to say anymore...
Except... Please PGI backup settings where I was able to play on Full HD

Just logged in to do a quick test on abuild I've been thinking about. Spent about 10 minutes in mech lab, then launched into match. I got to drive My mech for a whole three seconds before My screen locked up. The match itself was still going on for others, as I could hear My mechs footsteps and the weapons fire of others. After several seconds of waiting, I Ctrl-Alt-Del'd, brought up the task manager, and then the MWO client crashed out to desktop before I could even kill it manually.

I run the game at 1920x1080 with just about all settings at uber ( I think I've got motion blur turned off because it looks like poo).

2 hours of game play last night, 3 complete ctd with no error message. 2 lock-ups, one ctd'd before I could get to the task manager, the other I was able to use the task manager to end process(after about a minute wait to see if it would come back). I guess a service ticket is in order at this point as I have not observed any "official" comment from the dev's to this ongoing issue. /sadface

I am probably going to jinx myself here. But I have not had a single crash since the last patch. I usually average three per night.

Now I will probably start crashing again.

I have had the game freeze 4 times since the last patch.

• Was any error message provided with the crash, if so, which? No error message. Game just freezes. Screen is frozen but sound persists (just environment noise, like war sounds in river city). My only option is ctrl-alt-delete, and the mwomercs process shows 'not responding'. I have to kill it and restart.
  
• Where in the game or menus did the crash occur? During play, apparently at random, usually 3 to 7 minutes from the start of a match. Doesn't appear to be linked to any particular action, like weapons firing or taking damage. In one case I was typing mid-sentence to the chat window. Doesn't seem to matter how long I've been playing (may happen on 3rd match, may happen on 6th).
