We have seen a steady decline in the number of issues being reported throughout Open Beta despite a growing player base which is a good sign we're on the right track and we'll work hard to ensure that remains the case.

I suspect that this is more from the apparent lack of the issues being addressed. There are literally scores of problems from minor(no Founders tags in game) to major(hit boxes on mechs) that seem to pile up in the list of known issues and even disappear from the known issues list but still exist. Your beta testers are getting tired of it and are less engaged.

Bah, propaganda. You can't see the number of player online anymore. While we do have an uptick of interested parties, they walk away after their first week. Give it time, PGI will burn out every gamer to stroke a mouse but they'll have a huge community, lulz.

Yep I read it the same way. Support tickets are down because people gave up on getting support, or just being ushered to the forums to post their bug anyhow.

Maybe there are new players, but most of the 50+ in the group I ran with has since went back to prior iterations of Mechwarrior or the TT. Pretty much just gave up hope on this game heading in a positive direction.

Pretty much, I know I've stopped with the odd tickets I used to send.
