So hit detection has been a problem that has plagued this game/pgi since the very begging?
It seem like every thing can be cracked hacked modded or redone better by random programmers around the world with to much free time. Correct me if I'm wrong. There do seem to be some prevalent names. Does anyone think they know some one or have the skills/time to fix hit detection?
If we spammed the **** out of Cytek do you think we could get them to help pgi? Facebook Twitter Crytek forums etc? Just a random thought trying to be positive.

1) Crytek already helps them, but only with problems related to the engine.
2) Unfortunately no, it would require exposing critical game code that someone was paid thousands of dollars to write.
3) It would be legally unsound, as whoever writes it could come back and demand money (even if PGI doesn't have to pay, the lawsuit alone would cost them money).
4) It's not purely an issue of the code inside the game. There is also the issue of how CryEngine registers collisions, network variables, managing and updating game data, etc. The hit code could be absolutely perfect and still fail because whatever is tracking damage fails to update properly.
It's not as simple as just "fixing the code."
