Plz Help, Cant Install

During installation i repeatedly receiving this message and cant pass it. PLs anyone know something about it?

Please see this thread or this thread. They both have the same apparent problem (judging by the error code as I cannot read the language that the error text is in (Russian?). Hope this helps, if not look around in here for a work around/fix.
