So, what exactly is wrong with them?

I know the Spider is small, fast, and jump capable, but what makes him so hard to hit?

And what is the issue with the Centurions? They seem fine to me?

I think half the problem with the spider is to hit it you need to lead, which means your weapons convergence will be set for the terrain behind it, so often only one weapon will hit.

Having said that, i have had AC20s hit me in mine, i feel the impact and no damage registers, so there is some other factor at work too.

The centurion's hitboxes are fine for the model, it's just that the arm hitbox covers the side of the side torso even when the arm is destroyed, so anyone who aims high at the cent pilot who know's how to torso twist will have a lot of damage reduced. Just go for the legs, much easier.

Centurion hit boxes are not borked... Since pieces the arms stay on the centurion what you are seeing is the damage reduction from the arm to the side torso to the ct. If they are really giving you a lot of trouble simply leg them.

The jury is out on Spiders. Hit detection needs to be fixed before they do any hit box adjusting on anything. Hit detection is what most likely is making a small hard to hit mech even harder to damage.
