Kinda yeah. The overall goal for the Invasion was basically a race. First clan to conquer Terra becomes permanent #1 clan and rules all other clans from then on, essentially allowing the clans to be more focused on conquering the IS.

Possible way to Balance Clan Mechs when introduced if played by players verse IS.
