Kintaro, Orion, Flea, + Unknown Assault to complete this set, then the Phoenix set after it. Gimme KING CRAB! O_O! CRAAAAAAAAAB!!!
They still haven't figured out MASC yet it seems and the Flea won't help shift the meta from PPCs and missiles. But it'll be out before the Locust or at about the same time.
Um no, when including the kintaros group we are 2 light mechs out... and if they refuse to release the flea without masc we wont see it for a while
simply put
Light mech????, blackjack, quickdraw, victor
Light mech????, kintaro, possibly orion, unreleased assault.
Locust, shadow hawk, thunderbolt, battlemaster.
So unless the release the flea without masc we will be 2 mechs behind in the light category, and dont start me about the hero lights...

This is a medium mech. I'd agree that we could use another light, but this hardly plays into the hands of assault pilots.

They're kind of stuck on the light front. Speed is more or less what they do, and some of the current lights are already constrained there. I don't have much light familiarity, so this is a legitimate question but what light mechs are available for PGI to pick from that 1) have at least 3 variants w/sufficiently unique hardpoint layouts available in 3050, 2) are sufficiently different from the current lights in what they bring to the table, and 3) don't slam into the current speed cap?

Otherwise, pretty nice translation of some pretty goofy looking BT art to MWO style.
Which in itself is worthy of an awards ceremony no matter what incorrect geometry is rendered. Early BT art has most of us thinking they offered to host 2nd grade field trips and handed the kids lined notebook paper and crayons...
I hope PGI sells collectible prints on fine art paper. If not, I own a full fledged art studio with 3 wide format Epsons, ready for me to print out my own and send to the artist for them to sign so I can hang in my personal spaces. Excellent job fellas.

Its the highest tonnage for its weight class, which meens its going to be the size of a assault and die in seconds.

Yeah, I was just looking into this myself.

Take a look through that list. Almost everything is Unseen, Clan, or post 3050. The Panther, Valkyrie and Thorn (oh, and the Urbanmech) are about the only things that stand out.
