I was sent this in my email.
I just deleted AVAST and installed AVG and works fine now..

If you are having the game crash after you click PLAY on the launcher try this!!!

To begin with, please delete the Shaders folder of the game (default location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\USER\Shaders)
Then start the game again and let me know if the problem is solved.
If the problem persists, please run our patcher repair tool which you can download here:
http://patcher.mwome...ORepairTool.exe
Execute the file and click on the RUN button on the top right of the window.
Wait until it is finished (it can take several minutes) and then click on the fix button.
Start the game again and let me know how it goes.
If the problem persists, please send me the following information so we can investigate the issue further:
-Your DxDiag
-Omicron.log (C:\Program Files (x86)\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online)
-The 6 most recent LogBackups (C:\Program Files (x86)\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\LogBackups\)
-Crashdump (C:\Program Files (x86)\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\User\)
