Between 25 To 30 Fps With This?

Why do i have between 25 to 30 FPS with very high since i play everything else in very high and i have nothing lower then 50? Should i overclock them?

You must have some sort of a driver issue. I have this: i5-2320 (3.0GHz), 8Gb ddr3 1333Mhz, AMD radeon HD 7750 (very mid ranged card. so min ranged that it doesn't require external power), WD 1tb caviar black, nameless motherboard, nameless 330w PSU(amazed that it can power the system since it doesn't even have an 80+ bronze tag lol).

I run on maximum settings @1080p 60Hz locked at 30fps.

I am not sure what to tell you other than to find the MWO repair tool. Search it on the forums(it may actually be in your game files somewhere but i haven't used it in a while). Then once you download it toss it in to the specified game folder (it will specify) and hit "patch" or "repair" (really haven't used it since it was first available). Hope this helps.

EDIT: Overclock that i7-3770k to like 4.2 GHz i have seen many get it higher than that but 4.2 is a big boost and rather easy to reach. That will raise performance a bit but won't fix the problem.
