With Internet Explorer 10, I am unable to press Enter and advance to the next line. I have tried it with and without Compatibility View but neither mode allows me to advance to the next line.

This is a common issue for IE10 on a lot of web sites (not limited to MWO).
Until Microsoft fixes the issue, please use a browser that complies with HTML standards.
