[Cyber Reins]

I bought 30 days of Premium Account Time. On 8/24 I had 16 days left in my account and on the morning of 8/25 I have less than 7.5 days left on my account - it dropped around 9 days overnight! I would like to know if this is an known glitch and a solution is in work or if I need to contact Support.
