It won't happen IMO.

They want you to either buy hero mechs and/or premium time and/or convert your excess mech XP to GXP... using MC.

Please remember that 5% of ALL XP is converted to GXP. GXP is useable for Mech Perks, unlike C-Bills. This is the best choice and actually hurts MC sales, if that was the way players by-passed the slow GXP grind. If they did C-Bills, then what? Who needs stuff you can easily earn, like C-Bills. GXP is the dope man.

They really should offer double C-Bill

Especially considering the fact the C-Bill rework for 12 v 12 was straight up nerf in disguise.

Dude, you need to adjust that Tin-Foil hat of yours just a tad to the left. A little more... There, now your getting the strongest signals. (Holy Smokes Batman)

I guess I still don't understand why 2XP is a bad thing.

Like the two previous posters, it encourages me to play 3-4 mechs that I haven't quite Mastered yet, but was tired of the grind on them. Now I can at least put in a match or three to get the first win on them.

As to the OP's two points.

1) It's hard to believe people can b*tch MORE on these forums.
2) So how does throwing a match give them more xp ?

It is not a bad thing at all. Just a new thing for the Whine and Cheese party goers to QQ about. It is in their nature is all.

Why does there need to be any bonus?

I do not believe there needs to be a bonus from a player point of view. From a business standpoint tho it is to pad their numbers. It is an incentive directed at people who dont really play much but now will log in a bit more regularly. It will let them show a slightly larger number of active accounts for which they are graded and paid. My opinion.

This isn't a whine thread in the slightest. I'm just pointing out what happens in WoT and how it may harm some matches if players decide to throw the match.

It doesn't. That's kinda my point.
Some players feel that they need to do well in a double XP match and if they don't they will try to make their team lose so they have a chance at another double XP match..
I know it doesn't make any sense, but it happens.

That's what I thought you meant, and I agree that it doesn't make sense. Yikes. That's pathetic.
But unfortunately you can't control how the person next to you plays the game.

So some people somehow figure that Losing is actually better than Winning in WoT. Even when the Win get them 2X bonus stuff?

Not make sense?

That is the stupidest thing I have read in a very long time and provides very valuable insight into why one should never, ever play WoT. Thanks dude. :(

The 2X bonus made me go through my mech bays and played most of my mechs last night. I see that as a good thing.

QFT - over the next 5 months I might actually master the Spider 5V, one match a day, as opposed to me never touching that junk pile again.......ever.
