Cameron's Highlanders united on July 4th 2013 with twenty-three warriors. We are focused on winning as
a merc corps in Community Warfare. Mature and optimistic, we value honor and character alongside skill.
This is a game that requires a calm mind...making the correct decisions to win. We choose chemistry,
familiarity, efficient comms and tactics as our path to winning.



We operate without rank as a circle of equals. Each person in this corp has skills and knowledge they
bring to the table and are free to pursue and push the projects they think will benefit our clan. We aren't
wrapped up in ego games and are definitely a "no-drama" kind of group. With the coming of community
warfare, we are certainly looking for more skilled pilots who want to join our small family.

Our comms are calm and efficient during drops. We have our own way of doing things which leads to
many more victories than defeats. A warrior in this company can choose which direction best suits him
regarding roles and we aren't hung up on running (or not running) meta, flavor-of-the-month builds.

If you're looking for a good group of people to drop with, free of drama, who can shoot straight and
have a good head on their shoulders, look us up (especially around 9pm EST).

A loss tonight in Marik Civil War vs 1st Skye Jaegers. GG's dudes!



April 11th, 3050
Cameron’s Highlanders arrived on the planet Second Chance a nearly two weeks ago. Last month, The Principality of Regulus was able to supply their Blackstone Knights, Warden Co. with our delivery of ballistic munitions. I’m sure they used every bit of it...I heard their operations on Harmony were a little rough. Our timely delivery secured us another contract with Regulus but has taken us to the furthest reaches of this civil war.

Second Chance is high gravity planet with a ferrous crust and is currently held by the Marik Commonwealth. Regulus assured us they could draw the gaze of the Commonwealth so we could slip into the quadrant and make landfall.

Dropship Banquo’s Ghost deployed as a temporary firebase in a small forest colony West of a large mountain range. Our target was a large BattleMech factory nearby. In a stroke of misfortune, the mission began with one Mech out of commission in the Mechbay, leaving us short Forbes, callsign Ghostsuit. Being down one pilot was enough, so when Keith, aka Alphastruck, was reporting no audio on comms, we had no choice but to deploy regardless. Friday's are unlucky days...our scouts met headlong with a Marik patrol in the first few hours of the mission. The frantic battle ensued and we were forced to retreat to the mountains.

Now on high alert, Marik dispatched the 1st Skye Jaegers to pursue and they eventually caught up with us as we were navigating a labyrinthine canyon network. Banquo had set up a new firebase where we were attempting to relaunch our assault on the factory. The battle was tight but our hasty defenses weren’t enough. We retreated aboard Banquo once more and pulled out for one last attempt at the factory.

With Marik on high alert, a smaller, faster strike force was not going to get the job done. We made a hot drop directly on the factory, situated next to a caldera. We deployed a massive Assault lance to defend the dropship as our strike force ran through the factory grounds attempting to destroy the various factory components. The Skye Jaegers responded quickly and we the lost ground around Banquo. The Light lance did their best but eventually we were outgunned...the campaign was a loss.

Second Chance is the furthest we’ve been from Northwind in a long time. No matter how far away we jump, jobs like these only move us closer and closer to our real second chance to one day return home...
