I've sent PGI 3 tickets over the past month, and have gotten no response. One of them was about buying MC, so I was sure PGI would respond to it, but nope.

Anyone actually getting anything out of support these days?

Are you sure you are sending them to support@mwomercs.com from the e-mail address you signed up with on any working day excluding Canadian Holidays?

Otherwise... you'll probably be disappointed one way or another.

Yup, I e-mailed that address exactly. I suppose I'll have to go back and make sure I didn't type my e-mails in some advanced alien language PGI doesn't understand.

I file support tickets regularly, and always get a response. Sometimes just an automated one, but that's fine: I understand most of mine are simply "notification" tickets (Hey, I got stuck on map X at these coordinates) which don't require a personal response.

Check your Spam folder? I've put in 2 tickets to date, and both were responded to in a couple days.

Hm, nothing. I will just try e-mailing support again. I suppose stuff falls through the cracks sometimes

At the very least, you should receive the automatic response email everyone gets when writing to them about whatever. It will be titled: "Request received: Your email subject". If you don't even receive those, either your emails get blacklisted for some reason at PGI's, or, more likely, you don't receive their responses.

I have put in a half dozen tickets. All responded to by PGI. The last response was a week ago.

I'd PM one of the developers or moderators on the forum if you're having issues with support. If it is indeed an e-mail issue, they could probably help with that. I know some places blacklist certain domain names (like *.edu, for an example).

I think I ran into a website issue earlier, may have impacted you too. I suggest you try again and good luck.

I've put in 2 tickets in the last few days. I've received responses on both, no problem. Maybe there's an issue with your email filter?
