Yea forum side it is just in my mechlab it's not i know it's when there is maintenance and i think they have a small bit of downtime on a friday just hoping it was today.

Yea i got my medallions!
Awesome I held off until I got feedback and it is mostly good, battlemaster is kick *** too.

I should get mine today too, I purchased yesterday. looking forward to work with new mechs, I needed some premium time too so I guess it is a win win lol.

A future note: The original poster made the post at 12:21 PM Eastern. The patches and maintenance happen at 1 PM Eastern.
Now that said if you did NOT get it by 1 PM Eastern but do know you've bought it and have the forum tags showing... then you have until the next maintenance (on the end of the Senior Hero Sale will be the next one) before your mechs will be given.
If you do not have the badge/tag showing on the forum, you do not have the package and should immediately contact support@mwomercs.com about the issue.
Provided you paid for a package, of course.
