I find myself getting stuck a lot--where I can't move my mech, and my jump jet fuel is not being replenished. I'm guessing this might have something to go with collision detection with the ground, since it primarily happens on rough terrain (like the volcano map) or on places like stacks of crates. I also find it happens a lot when torso-twisting while jump jetting. Anyway, I just thought I'd mention it since it happens to me with some amount of frequency. Couldn't really find a bug report forum so I thought this was the next best place.

When it happens, hit F9 to turn on coordinates, take a screen shot, and email it to support. I've had it happen to me once where I got "stuck" where I simply couldn't fit to land somewhere on Alpine Mountain near the base, and a few times landing on buildings in Frozen city. Every point we send them they can try to fix, which means it will happen less.

How do you take a screenshot? I don't think I saw a built-in command for that... (and where would the pictures go?)

Press the "Print"-Button on your keyboard.
Open a program for editing image-files, e.g. Gimp.
"Create File" -> There it is. -> Save.
