Routing Problems, Cannot Log Into Game

Since yesterday morning, I am unable to log into the game. I keep getting stopped by either a network error or a network request timeout. Logging into the forums obviously works just fine. Trying to tracert mwomercs.com however always ends up with first having connection problems to internap-gw.ip4.tinet.net (often only responds with the third ping) and then the signal completely timing out after border1.te7-1-bbnet1.tor001.pnap.net.
Anybody experiencing the same problem and has found a workaround? Before anybody suggests that, I already wrote a ticket to support, but they will not respond before Monday and I'd like to utilize the weekend to play.

Not getting a ping response beyond border1.te7-1-bbnet1.tor001.pnap.net is normal.
Looks like the interface between your ISP and PGIs is the source of the problem. tinet.net.
Aside from all the obvious stuff like rebooting computer and modem not much else to do.
