WTH, Last time I played the screen shake made it harder to pop tart..now they are every where again.

Heavy and Assault mech dont need to see as well as lights while jumping...why did they remove it? ...Was it the "I'm getting sick" QQ?

Also...Still 2 ERPPC 1 gauss meta? after 2 month they haven't changed that?

Yes, I started noticing that 2 ERPPC + Gauss still very effective and alot of pilots are using it. Same on poptarting, it is very annoying ...

Additionally Jumping cause you to expose your entire mech for a few seconds effectively "skylining" yourself for every enemy to see.

How would you comment the point when you are poptarting from light source side(when a light source behind you ), easy to see ???

How about limited angles? when you are behind a rock, jumping - shooting - hiding, and no one can hit you because no one can raise head/arms on that angle ?
Fair?
And MY PERSONAL OPINION is that jump-jets must be used to cross difficult terrain areas not for jump-sniping/shooting.
It is already dumb that VICTORS and HIGHLANDERS trying to jump in front of your face with a brawler load - out.

Can I use them to jump on the heads of enemy mechs, like Mario jumping on Goombas. Shouldn't that do more damage? Maybe even squish them dead (picture a Vic jumping on a Blackjack's head). When is real world physics is being implemented anyways?

It's just really sad to see big huge 'mechs doing that thing. Sure., when it's one or two, as stupid as it is, it can be dealt with. But if you get a party of four playing that way with their 70+ tons 'mechs, then it's not even anymore about how to counter that, it becomes just ugly stupid.

And about countering, well, the problem lies in the fact that it is way easier for any jumping 'mech to hit a target on the ground than for a target on the ground to hit a jumping 'mech. That's why by the way when you brawl stupid Victors keep just jumping up and down like rabbits (but that's a different story).
