I don't know what it is about this map and this mech but every time i take my COM-2D out for a spin on this map, I can never get up to full speed (149) because every step my mech takes, it hits a pebble and reduces its speed to half, then it starts to go back up, then falls again because of a slight incline or something like that. There's almost always a bit of green on the speed bar waiting to be filled, but my mech just cant seem to run clean on most parts of the map. Usually I don't run opff the beaten paths on maps so it's not an issue of where im running. I don't know if this is the maps fault, or the chassis fault, but it makes this mech and map an unplayable combo for me. It wouldn't be a problem if I weren't in a little commando, but the key to playing a light mech is speed and if I get stuck consistently and can't run away from enemies at full speed, I'm toast! Any thoughts?

Its a bug with the map I wisssh they would fix. 1 out of 5 times I drop in that map on my Jenner it does same thing. They have some boxes in the spawn that cause this. When you spawn behind it you 20% of the time get stuck, the other times your feet do not register the actual ground. They are part under from what it seems, and is affected by things that arent ground level.
Your speed goes up down up down non-stop. I thought it may only be something with lights, but did have it happen on my Jager. I dont hate this map (though dont care for it), but if it happens again Im just going to remove it till I see some news it was fixed.

I've had 1 drop in my commando where that happened, and I couldn't get into the center. It felt like I spawned like a meter below where the commando normally rides, so I was hitting the ground constantly. Made dueling with lights painful.

I had that happen to my Jagermech after I fell off a bridge - I landed in a lava flow but it was like I was on a lower level BELOW the normal ground level - it took me ages to get out and back on to normal ground.
I've also had the constant bump/slowdown issue in a Jenner. Is unbearable when it happens.

Bug is fixed and will be in for next patch. Issue = when the mech doesn't have enough room to spawn, the collision capsule defaults to a human scale, flat top cylinder, which makes it almost impossible to navigate our levels.
Sorry for the annoyance this has caused! It was my bad, I wasn't paying attention to where the spawns were when I was adding some last minute art. Sloppy.
