Added new options which seem to be popular.

From the looks of things, most people seem to agree hitreg is the most pressing issue.

No matter how awesome a game, it doesn't mean squat if you can't hit what you shoot at.

Simple enough topic, just a quick poll to see which problems are the most pressing within our community. If I missed out something that a few people request, I'll add it to the poll.

Hit-reg fail is THE most important issue. You can't have a successful multiplayer shooter game with such unpredictable and uncontrollable RNG.

PGI should focus their biggest resource for fixing that first.

I could choose several different options, as the game needs a lot of work in all of them, but for me weapon, mech and ecm balance just feels broken.

Hit registration!
Closely followed by stability and performance. I can get decent framerates sacrificing some eye candy, but others cant, and it is highly dependend on the patches, fps is way to jumpy from patch to patch.

Then balance, and content. WE sure doo need moe game modes, maps and for gods sake CW..but without a functioning base they are worthless.

...and you can balance it properly. Most if not alll weapon balancing needs to be reviewed once hit registration work. Even on spiders.

Hit registration. Though I am really looking forward to CW, UI 2.0, and lobbies.

I voted for "Mechanics" more so then weapon balance. I consider mechs becoming viable and environmental impacts, more so then weapon balance, to be the most important thing that this game needs to have worked on. If you've got nothing but Assault mechs running around because nothing else is viable, then there is no matter of Hit Registry, Community Warfare, or ELO work that can be done to fix it.

Hitreg/HSR is tricky and can be a little annoying, but it's easier for me to circumvent that than the nerfed reward system and wonky matchmaking issues.

The game always runs well for me. I hit what I shoot mostly. Awesome hit boxes need a fix. LRMs too weak/weird. CW is what I voted though.

When we talk about "launch" we are talking about (hopefully) a large influx of new players. If we want to keep this new players the game has to be fun.

1) hitting what you shoot at HSR on the top of the list
2) not getting ganked in the newbie zone - queue for new players (this can be considered an ELO/matchmaker/queue/C3 issue)
3) Tutorial - any anyone signing on at launch isn't going to know anything about battletech and will need a lot of in-game help in combat and mech construction
4) buying new mechs and customizing them - this is an eraning issue, and new players are going to make poor decisions with C-Bills, and will need an undo/buyback option or sell-back at 75-100% value.
5) bug/help/harrassment reporting in-game.
6) balanced equipment - balancing weapons and gear after launch is going to **** off a lot of customers, those changes need to done before launch.

Hitreg which includes pinpoint alphas, oversized/undersized hit boxes, and oversized/undersized mechs.

Although Hit Registration really needs fixing - that'll only multiply the base issue of the game's mechanical balance issues.

So I'm kinda torn, as both are really big things needing working on.

True, but fixing those mechanics issue in a meaningfull, lasting way needs proper hit registration first.
