The video freezes but I can still hear the action happening in real time.

Already did a ticket about this and was told that it was a known issue after giving all of the requested information but that was a couple of patches ago.

Any ETA on the fix?

Foxfire, several of us get this issue on and off, if you can still hear the action in the background, a workaround is to press ctrl+alt and del and pull up the windows splash screen depending upon your o/s, then click back out of it, usually resets the graphics freeze.

If that was a known work around, then it sure was helpful for that support staffer to provide this information to me..

Possible fix I found is put the game in windowed mode instead of fullscreen and turn graphics to -Low-. It worked for me for the time being.
