I actually like a lot of the weird/ugly 'mechs; not all of them, mind you, but the Jackal just looks awesome in a really hideous kind of way. I Freakin' love it.

Seriously, Just look at this stupid thing. Even if it didn't look like they ballooned the head of an atlas to stupid proportions it would still look ridiculous with that left arm; looks like it's there to draw blood or check the temperature of your ******.

Also, the Unseen goliath (Proving that not everything unseen is good)

I don't really have a problem with quad mechs, but this thing is just ridiculous; WAAAAYY too top heavy.

But If I had to pick a flat out ugliest mech?

Behold The Blitzkrieg! While it has a formidable combination of speed and firepower, I could never bring myself to use it because it is just flat out ugly. Also the cockpit comes standard with a target for DFA.
