PGI make many changes to the game which are not needed or which people possitively don't want. However they have failed to implement some basic changes which people have been asking for for over a year. For example the in-game chat is attrocious, you can't even hold down backspace to delete, you have to press it again and again and if you are writing a message before the game starts or ends you have to write it again as it dissapears from your chat box. This should be pretty easy to change and I can't think of any reason why it hasn't. A second example is an in-game report player feature. I was looking at a post asking for this earlier, a post from March 2012! PGI have even put an in-game tooltip telling us about this feature, a feature which does not exist!
PGI don't seem to care what its customers want, such a shame.
