Been waiting 6 days since I entered a ticket. I purchased the Buccaneer camo because it said it was a permanent unlock for all mechs for 625 but it only worked for one variant. First time buying a Camo and I went by what the wording said. I have kindly asked for a refund because I feel the ad was misleading and I am not willing to pay 625 (I only have one mech of that variant too). I'm not a deadbeat, I'm in for over $200 bucks so far but I just felt this was misleading and I didn't get what I thought I paid for. So should I put in a new ticket or what is a reasonable response time?
