The Ultra AC/5 finally provides a weapon for people who enjoy high ROF, midrange fighting that is on par with the other best weapons in the game in my testing thus far. It's finally brought into line and justifiable against weapons like SRMs, and I no longer think you need a 3 minimum to get any effective use out of them, as 2 can fire reliably enough to not worry.

Anyway, bravo on this one. It's introduced a new viable play style into the game which was not really an option before.
