I don't have a problem the cap speed on conquest except that the neutral time is too long on some points. A single mech can literally sit on a point for over a minute and it still won't leave neutral, which is annoying since you can't see how much longer you need to sit there before it turns. This is especially true when converting a cap zone that was capped by an opponent, which seems to take twice as long as when the point is initially neutral. I think if the neutral zone is cut in half, it might be about right.
