There's recruiting threads in Outreach, as well as the house and Clan units.

Poor guy can't get teamspeak to work. He's gonna need help with that first.

im also new to game looking to get added to a team. ive done a couple of launches but cant even edit mech in lab... any help? Also ive tried adding that ts but as ive never used it before also encounting some issues

Hello McBree, for your first 25 launches, you get a Cadet bonus of cbills to help you gain money at an increased rate. This helps you get your first owned mech. The trial mechs are unable to be modified because they are essentially "loaner" mechs. Once you buy your first mech for cbills (or MC) you can alter loadouts, fit modules, and even repaint and camo your mech.

Welcome to MW:O!! The open Teamspeak server is a good resource for quick questions and people to join with for group launches.
