I hope one of the Forum mods or GMs or whatever read it.

On the 29th July and on the 8th August I made purchases via Ultimatepay, and scince I am german I could book the money directly from my Bank Account. I never had any problems with it but after the Money went off I got no confirmation email from MWO that my purchases were successfull.

So I can not log in to ultimatepay, scince my account there was automatical crated after buying stuff in World of tanks. So I opened a support ticket here on the 14th August.
Well 5 days are gone now nad in my timezone almost 6 and nothing happened.

Now I cant even access my support tickets anymore... the support page aswell.


So I am very unpleased now.
