...on adding something to the game that is making it completely damn unplayable.

Ever since the latest patch, I've been seeing moments where my view is completely obscured by some form of explosion effect.

Games this morning? Seems every single autocannon shot now has a big-boom that COMPLETELY washes out forward vision with a pixelated mess of "explosion graphics."

Get targeted by the enemy team? Firing back isn't a reality. Not because of Ac2 shake or anything else - because you LITERALLY CANNOT SEE THE DAMN MECHS IN FRONT OF YOU.

Congrats, Devs. You've now made it even less playable than it was before.

It actually sounds like the issue is with your computer, not the game... try updating you video card's drivers to the latest version, or perhaps you updated your drivers recently and this started, then in that case, roll them back to the last stable version. I have never heard of what you are describing. If it is a bug, this isn't the proper venue for that, in such cases, a support ticket to have them look at the issue would be best

No change to my hardware. It is PGI's incompetence causing this.

This isn't them, it is you but your too stupid to know it.

Update your drivers, this should clean it up for you.
If not, then drop all settings to low.
If all else fails and it keeps this up, then do a fresh clean install of the game. I was losing some frames in 12v12 even with an OP system that has no issues with the game. Did a fresh install and I have no issues anymore.

Turn down the effects if you don't want to see them. That is the whole point of having multiple sliders that effect different things.

Effects: already all the way down.

To the brain-deads who keep telling me "update drivers" - ALREADY HAVE DONE.

This is PGI's incompetence at work, and nothing you simps and suckups can say will convince me otherwise.

[redacted] is one of the worst offenders in this game. Screw the "name and shame" policy: next time I see him in game on my team, I shoot him myself rather than let him shoot teammates in the back.

I don't remember disparaging you one bit, yet you disparage me. Again, I suggest you submit a bug report, Yelling / being overly sarcastic about a graphical issue in the game play balance forum is not the appropriate venue for this type of issue, which is why some responded like they did.
